RETURN & REFUND POLICY


Return & Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the house of glit are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To use this right, you can contact us at houseofglit@outlook.com. We will then refund the due amount of the order within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has been received back in good order.

Exceptions to returning

For sealed products. When the seal is broken, these products are not returnable.

Products that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications;

Products that are clearly personal in nature;

Products that by their nature cannot be returned;

Products that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;

Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement without giving any reasons within 14 days after receiving the order (right of withdrawal). The period starts from the moment the (entire) order has been received by the consumer.

There is no right of withdrawal when the products have been customized according to specifications or are only of short shelf life.

The consumer can use a withdrawal form provided by the seller. The seller is obliged to make this available to the buyer immediately upon request.

During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to judge whether he wishes to keep the product. If he uses his right of withdrawal, he will return the unused and undamaged product with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original shipping packaging to the seller, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.

Article 1 - Modification of the agreement

If it becomes apparent during the execution of the agreement that it is necessary to modify or supplement the work to be performed for its proper execution, parties will adjust the agreement accordingly in a timely and mutual consultation.

If parties agree that the agreement is to be modified or supplemented, this may affect the completion time of the execution. The seller will inform the buyer of this as soon as possible.

If the modification or supplement to the agreement has financial and/or qualitative consequences, the seller will inform the buyer in advance in writing.

If parties have agreed on a fixed price, the seller will indicate to what extent the modification or supplement to the agreement results in an exceeding of this price.

Notwithstanding the provision in the third paragraph of this article, the seller may not charge additional costs if the modification or supplement is the result of circumstances attributable to him.

Article 2 - Delivery and transfer of risk

As soon as the purchased item is received by the buyer, the risk of the item transfers from the seller to the buyer.

Article 3 Event Cancellation Policy

You can cancel/move free of charge up to at least 1 week before your appointment.

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, we will charge the full price. This also applies if you do not show up. This also applies to corona-related complaints and if you are forced to quarantine. You can always have someone else come in your place. When you make an appointment, we block this time slot for you in the agenda of the location and catering. They are ready for you.

Refund overview events:

1 week in advance 100% refund

120 hours in advance you get 75% refunded

96 hours in advance you get 50% refunded.

72 hours in advance you get 25% refunded.

48 hours in advance you get a 25% refund in voucher form, which you can then redeem at a next session.

24 hours in advance or no show = zero refund.
